REFUND POLICY

Policy summary (TL;DR)

We offer refunds ONLY if the software does not work on your machine AND our support team fails to fix it. We do NOT offer refunds for bans or 'changing your mind'.

01Eligibility for Refund

You may qualify when

  • You contact support within 48 hours of purchase.
  • The issue is technical (software fails to load, run, or crashes).
  • You allow our support team to attempt a fix with detailed guides.
  • Your Windows version is compatible with our listed requirements.

02Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not issued for

  • You lost access on a third-party platform (we do not guarantee uninterrupted access forever).
  • You decided you don't like the features.
  • You bought the wrong product by mistake and activated the key.
  • Your PC does not meet the minimum requirements listed on the product page.

03Chargebacks

Chargeback policy
Any attempt to chargeback or dispute a payment via PayPal/Stripe without contacting us first will result in an immediate and permanent ban from Afendor Group. This ban will extend to your device ID and IP, preventing you from using any of our future products.
